There is no neutrality with Christ. It’s all or nothing.
If you are Christians, be consistent. Be Christians out and out - Christians every hour, in every part. Beware …
of half-hearted discipleship,
of compromise with evil,
of conformity to the world,
of trying to serve two masters,
of trying to walk in two ways, the narrow and the broad, at once.
It will not do.
“When darkness overtakes the godly, light will come bursting in” (Psalm 112:4)
God wants His glory to be seen on you. He wants you to stand out in the crowd. He wants you to be so blessed that everyone around you can see His goodness on you! So keep standing, keep believing, keep hoping and keep declaring His Word because His light is going to come bursting in!
"You can enter God’s Kingdom only through the narrow gate. The highway to hell is broad, and its gate is wide for the many who choose that way. But the gateway to life is very narrow and the road is difficult, and only a few ever find it."
I’m so blessed to have a job where I can freely talk about and seek Yahweh. He is so good, and I’m so thankful that every area of my life, flows through Him. #yhwh #godisgood #jesusislord #blessed
"But why did he love us? We have no other answer but because he loved us. All came from his free and undeserved mercy."
- Thomas Manton
Children understand that they’re not going to understand everything fathers do, so children can trust. Be shameless in your prayer.
May I always go after the presence of God more than I go after His promises.
God pours Himself out and says “Drink deeply”, yet we look up and complain that we are thirsty. In our prayers we often overlook the answer that God has given us. We must learn to drink fully from the fountain of Christ, to understand what it means to never thirst when we spend time with Jesus.
Let our prayers reflect a life that lives in the reality of the daily blessings of God, and not the daily wants of our own desires.
Show me the condition of your Bible and I will accurately gauge the condition of your soul - A.W. Tozer
Many want to be loved by Christ, but few want to live for Him.
Prayer is the soul’s breathing itself into the bosom of its heavenly Father.
